Exactly 1 year ago, we were enjoying winter at Mt Buller!
An easy three hour drive from Melbourne, Mt Buller is close enough for a day’s escape yet far enough away for a holiday. Only 248kms north east of Melbourne (about 3 hours), Mt Buller is the most accessible snow resort in Australia and the closest resort to any international airport (Melbourne, Tullamarine).
The lift system gives you access to over 300 hectares of skiable terrain, with something to appeal to all levels of ability. The runs range from the wide beginner’s slopes of Bourke St and Burnt Hut Spur, to the challenge of black runs like Chamois and the back of Summit. 
An enjoyable winter honeymoon for the two of us!
Unable to go this winter, we will be there next winter with our summer baby!
